Ingredients

Scones:

WHEAT Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicrarbonate), Milk, Butter, Salt, Sugar, Sultanas.

Cream:

Milk.

Jam:

Strawberries, Lemon Juice, Sugar.

Make your cream tea even more delicious

  • On delivery, if not served immediately, store the cream in a fridge.
  • For a fresh from the oven experience, prior to serving, place the scones in a hot oven (fan oven 180° C, gas mark 4) for five minutes to give a crisp crust and fluffy interior.
  • Boil a kettle and brew the tea for three minutes.
  • For a truly exotic touch, taste the tea without milk first. It is very light and refreshing without the strong taste of tannin .
  • Cut the scones in half.
  • Spread jam first and then cream.
